When I returned it was a smooth process till I went to get another phone fukkers said gotta pay taxes for any phone I get told them go fukk themselves Cuz not my fault shyt ain't working right let alone it's a recall and I wanna be safe so u wanna charge me taxes for another phone better get me in a phone with no issues or we gonna have the news up here

Tmobile.com wouldn't have given you those issues at all I don't deal with the store stuff...they get things late. When they started selling the Note 7, mine arrived the day before because I pre ordered the minute after it went on sale.
