Exactly. Some brehs on here don't understand basic business economics. People are paying for a service not a product.

All he needs is around 150-200 loyal customers and that's an easy business model.

5-6 customers a day. 5 days a week. Take a few weeks holidays here and there and he's easily clearing 6 figures before tax.

:mjlol: The barber market is over saturated as it is. Brehs all over big cities are cutting just like that for $20 or less.

Breh.... you're completely wrong. There are way more customers than barbers. Then narrow the pool down to good barbers. Then narrow that pool down to great barbers.

All he needs to see are 30-40 customers a week minimum. Some brehs will come twice in a month. He lives in the ATL. You know how loyal we are to our barbers.

It's not an impossible business model. Once he gets high profile clientele shouting him out on social media, it's a wrap. Then he can easily charge over 100 per cut and people will PAY that amount if his demand is high but his supply is limited.

I know celebrity barbers who easily clear six figures with a small dedicated group of customers. It's about quality over volume.

a subscription based service for haircuts lol

bruh can charge 50 until he can't anymore

let him do his thang, he can always drop the price further down the line if he has too

you act like he's running a product based business, but it's service based
He can obviously do whatever he wants to do, it won’t affect me.

My barber doesn't really have a set price...all depends on what you're getting done. Simple edge-ups are $15 for hair and beard but he can go up to $50 if you are getting those Bigen or Black Ice treatments or getting shampoo/conditioner combo for hair and facial hair.

If young breh has that level of demand, he should charge whatever works for him. $50 sounds like a lot but if your chair is always full, then it's the right price. If he went down to $35, the demand might be too great and he wouldn't be able to see everyone anyway. On top of that, if his schedule is crowded to the brim, breh might have to raise prices just a little bit more...gotta be careful with that though.

This Barbershop round my way is starting to charge up to like $60 for basic fade with no design.

Full service haircut which includes beard trim + black mask facial is $120.

I need my haircut every week so I go to my OG nikkah who keeps my line crispy for $30. I don’t need all fake up spray to look my best.
