Barber college will be a better investment than college for a lot of people

I’m paying 45 right now

Alot of these cats that go and get thier license (or rent it out from another barber) justifiably need to charge that much to pay for thier schooling/license and chair.

Like many already said , its supply and demand but NYC barbers regardless of how great they are are severely underpaid.

My barber charges $15. And he good as hell

It took me almost 6 months to find one .

I had locs and went to my old barber and he did me dirty .

Then trying to find one was just awful !!!!

I even went to a master barber and after the first cut he was trash .

I finally found a guy this was my third cut and I’m very happy .

I was searching through ig and asking people .

Someone at my job had a pristine haircut and I asked him .

He kept telling me go to his barber . I did and it worked out .

It took 5 months of bad hair cuts breh .


These nikkas ain’t talented out here .

They don’t take it serious and use short cuts .

Thank God I found a guy who can get me looking right for only $20. I could never justify spending over $30

I get a cut every week; whether it’s a line or cut. I can’t afford 50 a week
