Yeah, this reminds me of Watch Dogs 2, but the reason I liked Watch Dogs 2 was because of factors that aren't present here.
WD2 worked because WD1 was dull and boring, it was a fresh take, and I had no investment at that time in the Watch Dogs name. This Saints Row game doesn't have all that going for it.
Just makes me miss Peirce, Shaundi and Gat
