Only thing I disagree with is Sac having better rappers than Mozzy.

Well I think it's always been debatable as to whether Lav or Mozzy were iller spitters. Both of them have matured lyrically, so I think it's still debatable....
And you have nikkas who will say Bo or X are better than Mozzy. Then you have a smaller minority of nikkas who favor Key Loom or Fat Tone. But these are generally older nikkas, and/or Crip supporters, and all those rappers are older and Crips lol. So I guess my point is Mozzy has never been considered undisputedly the GOAT in Sac, even by those of us who support him!
The larger hip hop community as a whole doesn't have the frame of reference Sacramentans have, cats can't name 5 Sacramento rappers. Which is what this thread is for lol....but that isn't anyone else's fault. Sac isn't a hip hop hotbed traditionally, so it's to be expected. If people can't name more than two or three Sac rappers, of course they gone say Mozzy the illest nikka in Sac. That's logical!
For my money right now, I think Mozzy and Lav are in a class of their own. They been putting out work for a decade strong, so their longevity separates them from other Sac rappers, and I put them ahead of the old school nikkas in quality...
Beyond Mozzy and Lav, Bris and Darrion and Gatlin are my favorites!

Nah bruh....one of em, I'd agree with. He in that same class as DaBaby, Lil Baby, and a couple others. Hot "new" rappers with rising popularity, but I don't think you can call one hitter than the other. They all on the rise...
Without question though, Mozzy the hottest nikka from Sacramento from a visibility and popularity standpoint. Not even close, but I think Lav and his affiliation with Cash Money are about to increase his exposure and really push...
That's the shooting following the Bo/Mozzy beef that started from Bo and Lynch being some hating old nikkas. Mozzy gave an interview and he was asked if he grew up on they music, he said no, no extras, and these hating ass nikkas discovered social media and went on a hate spree...
Back and forth led to this track, great lyrical response by Mozzy:
The bar where he said "Wankee Doodle ain't a Blood, in the bounty he be with Crips" is a Lav diss. Like I said upthread, Lav not known as a b-dog and in the county, Bloods not living around Crips, and vice versa. Sacramento Blood gangs already know this bout Lav, but then 30s cats politic with both sides of the rag. That's why I call them the Hoovers of Sacramento lol...
The only real old school Sac nikka I fukk with is Gangsta Dre, these other guys, I can't get with. Gangsta Dre from the Gardens/Meadowview area and he stopped rapping 17-18 years ago, but "Sacramento Summertime" one of my favorite Sac songs of all time:
