Even pointed how dude picked up something after he dropped the taser on Scott, and put it in the left holster, which he said from the officer drawing his gun from the right shows it was the taser that he dropped on Scott after shooting him. Got caught trying to "sprinkle some crack on him"

For law students etc...since there is video of the cop clearly murdering a "suspect" and then sprinkling crack on him before lying on the radio..how
- is he getting out of this one unless he claims insanity or commits that
- isn't there some kind of mandotory sentences for certain crimes etc eg murder 15 years before they consider ur circumstances?
-does innocent until proven guilty really count here...damn even his attorney so the evidence and thought fukk it..I don't need the money.
-is there even a need for a jury? There is nothing to argue about here..There is nothing to talk about here..We very body. Saw officer kill guy in cold blood (remember Oscar pistorious shooting pumpkins for target prectice) and then trying to plant evidence etc etc.

I'm not into the subject of law but I know everything has to be done to avoid cases where the guy appeals in the future etc with some fukked up loop holes..but for now..This should take less than a year and hope them coli wolves that is locked up are ready to feast..

Just seen the video. American police really are a different breed factor that in with American gun culture and you've got hunters not protectors with no disregard for life. It's always whip out the gun and use deadly force first instead of thinking it through and analysing the situation.

The court system relies on cops to keep feeding the system ...

Also the government is the cause of this...outfitting cops with military grade weaponry and not holding them accountable...

They've always treated minorities like shyt...

But there is truly is a problem with white america having too much support for law enforcement..no matter what.

Going back to when the students and shyt were protesting in the 60s,70s....cops would beat the fukk out of everyone and the government didn't really try to stop it.

I'm a white person from Europe.I can't feel the pain some you all can feel or the rage or the disgust.But this video made me feel sick to my stomach.Something needs to be done,not just about this,but in society as a whole with the police.I dunno what that is.I won't pretend to be smart enough to know but those body cameras won't fix things,they will just turn them off if any shyt goes down.RIP to that poor man and condolences to his family and loved ones.

That wrongful death lawsuit is going to be vicious. Take them to the cleaners. He did not have to go out like that. Black males have gotten way to comfortable. It's like should I even drive anymore? Cause a small traffic stop is now a LIFE OR DEATH situation. That's a weird place to be in. Thankfully being in NY, I don't need to drive my car all the time, but sometimes I do. This wasn't an isolated incident. These stops happen all over the country, all the time.

Word thats the part that disgusts me. There was no panic type reaction of him scrambling on what to do. Its just pop pop pop pick up taser drop near the body then handcuffed.
