Just saw this early this morning......The brotha that recorded this is a hero. Without this footage, this pig would still be out patrolling the streets terrorizing people and possibly kill more unarmed black men. Its good he's being charged with murder, but I want this b*stard to get death. Shot the man 8 times as he had his back turned, as he was non threatening running away very slowly, then planted a taser on him to make his story seem factual to get his ass off the hook. Sittin in jail was probably the last place he thought he would be. The pig was expecting lite punishment...probably a paid vacation or something of the likes of that.

I also find it disrespectful that he cuffed the brotha's dead body as if he was gonna come back to life, jump up and mercifully attack him.

SC brehs.....stay safe outhere but every brotha needs to stay safe out here because we all can end up just like Walter Scott at any given time.

He was stopped because he had a busted tail light not because of child support. It's being speculated that he ran because he thought he would be sent to jail for not paying child support. In South Carolina, you can go to jail for that.

The killer was hunting and looking to start trouble. Who really wastes their time by pulling over someone for a busted taillight?!

All the shootings have been bad but this one really puts an explanation point on this ish. The Video is horrifying. I will never as long as I live understand the idea of racism. To hate someone solely for the color of there skin. Also the hatred of dark skin people in general. Why the hate? What is it about dark skin that bothers people so much? Could it be the Melanin? Who knows but it's illogical and because of that racism here I am 5 generations later and I can't drive my car.

Now I have to worried about a possible small driving mistake putting me in a situation with a cop. Then because the cop can only see my "Color", I can now be a risk of death. The Cop doesn't see me as a person, nope not as a human being, Not as someone's brother or Son. But me, a Color. A dark Color. It's a disease and a lot of people that suffer from it most will tell you they don't.

For law students etc...since there is video of the cop clearly murdering a "suspect" and then sprinkling crack on him before lying on the radio..how
- is he getting out of this one unless he claims insanity or commits that
- isn't there some kind of mandotory sentences for certain crimes etc eg murder 15 years before they consider ur circumstances?
-does innocent until proven guilty really count here...damn even his attorney so the evidence and thought fukk it..I don't need the money.
-is there even a need for a jury? There is nothing to argue about here..There is nothing to talk about here..We very body. Saw officer kill guy in cold blood (remember Oscar pistorious shooting pumpkins for target prectice) and then trying to plant evidence etc etc.

I'm not into the subject of law but I know everything has to be done to avoid cases where the guy appeals in the future etc with some fukked up loop holes..but for now..This should take less than a year and hope them coli wolves that is locked up are ready to feast..

He's a cop + character assasination of the victim, dont need any other defense. Still has a 50/50 chance of getting off 75% chance of walking away with a lesser charge...actually scratch that 90% chance of not getting a whole life bid. Probably will plea to a couple years
