Ryan Coogler was not the right director for Black Panther

I have nothing against coogler but I am not a fan of the 3rd act. Movie turned into a star wars flick.

Actually i did like that forest fight, although you really need a high quality tv to appreciate. in theaters it was just a jumble of shadows.

This shyt looks glorious in 4k! the colors and the detail really pop

I kinda agree w/ OP. I wont say Coogler was a mistake, but im basically done with him.

Ive said it numerous times before and ill say it again. BP was a good film and Coogler did his thing introducing us to Wakanda and showing us tchalla the person i guess... but ive seen enough from him as far as BP goes.

We need raw comic book T'Challa back and the Russo bros always gave us that. This isnt Creed. T'Challa is not some troubled prize fighter. Hes a charismatic royal diplomat at the roundtable, and a ruthless, calculated, cold blooded warrior-scientist on the battlefield. Arguably the best martial artist in the universe to boot.

find a director who can depict him as such. Period. It shouldnt be too hard.
