Boris Yeltisins rule after the Soviet Unions fall still has an impact today. His "Shock therapy" to the economy created the oligarchs and privatised a huge amount of the industries, which can be seen today.

You probably right....most of that money going to the military industrial complex.

The estimated cost for the war in afghanistan was said to be 100 billion A YEAR when 100k troops were stationed in the country. But you on here saying more then 10% of that for the ukraine war in less then 2 months is a TINY drop in the bucket:gucci:
