You clearly have never paid attention to our fiscal budget or US Russia relationship. That’s a tiny drop in the bucket for us. This mighty military is what protects the value of the US $, be thankful for that. And US and Russia are fren-enemies (we know GOP members at besties with Russia) and now they are enemies and the US plans to end Russia for good now, they got caught slipping…mask off

Homelessness is a state issues, these are federal monies.

you're suggesting sending state militias made up of the homeless to Ukraine to fight?
it's outside of the box but i'm listening.

do you realize how long ago and brief the Yeltsin era was?
that was a brief anomaly in Soviet/Russian behavior on the world stage and that's only because they had collapsed.
as soon as Russia dusted itself off the fukkery continued.

the US is outspending all of the EU in Ukraine? :yeshrug:

water is wet.
Uncle Sam's money is long as fukk when it comes to war.
don't try to make sense of it.
don't ask where it comes from.
it simply is the Military Industrial Complex manifest.

hope that sheds some light on your questions.

Boris Yeltisins rule after the Soviet Unions fall still has an impact today. His "Shock therapy" to the economy created the oligarchs and privatised a huge amount of the industries, which can be seen today.

You probably right....most of that money going to the military industrial complex.

Boris Yeltsin stans in 2022?
Best believe they remember you.

You know where to find him; drunk on a plane.
Meet a foreign leader and don't know their name.

real talk, Yeltsin was in the right place at the right time to take power.
all of the capitalist motion was simply facilitated by him, it was inevitable.
you put just about any other person in that role at that time and things shake out pretty much the same.

shout out to you for stanning Boris Yeltsin, though... :ehh:

The estimated cost for the war in afghanistan was said to be 100 billion A YEAR when 100k troops were stationed in the country. But you on here saying more then 10% of that for the ukraine war in less then 2 months is a TINY drop in the bucket:gucci:

White people cried out, being oppressed by America's greatest enemy and this surprises you??? That's as biblical as it gets for an American....

:gucci::hhh:

It's one thing to say the money could have been spent on other things, that's an expected argument... but to pretend like the cost of the spend is surprising?
