I'm sure those 9 people can speak for themselves.
I could see someone deciding against this grandstanding, though. As if we don't take and negotiate from other tyrannical regimes
some interesting strategic and tactical insights in this vid.

No wonder his guys are known for torture. I'd rather my ears cut off than watch him do that again
