Putin can barely keep the disinformation campaign going on in his own country, but they want us to believe dude has succefully invaded every random social media platform on the entire web.

The people who believe Putin to be this all powerful genius guy are on the same level of insanity as those Q-anon weirdo's. Same rhetoric, agressivness and stupidness.

One Word: Nato.
This is John Mearsheimer level shyt and it's wrong. Why do you guys act like NATO is some kind of sovereign nation. It's a voluntary military alliance. That's it. Mearsheimer and pro Putin/Kremlin talking points guys are the type of folks that would blame a r@pe victim for wearing suggestive clothing. The idea that Russia was worried about NATO actually invading them is so dishonest.

Ukraine is a free country, and they have a right to pursue their own political interests, and seek military alliances with other nations. If anything, Russia invading them proves that they were right be concerned about Russia and seeking NATO membership to begin with. There's a reason former Soviet Union countries have flocked to NATO--they're concerned about getting swallowed back up by Russian imperialism.

So Ukraine is at fault for this war, because they had the audacity to decide for themselves whether they wanted to join NATO or not? And the punishment is to do the very thing they'd seek NATO membership for in the first place? Like, Russia proved Ukraine right.

Russia is a wanna be imperialist power, has pushed misinformation across the globe that has disproportionately negatively impacted non white groups (see the pandemic, Trump and Brexit), Putin is frankly a cheerleader for the "replacment theory" crowd (while also sending disproportionate amounts of young non White Russians and populaces from the various Muslim states of the Federation) to die in his fascist takeover attempt), Putin is a trash human being, Russia is a problem state, and one does not have to be even a advocate of Western style democracy to be wary of imperialism in all her forms

Cut the shyt.

We nearly started WW3 because Soviet Union put up missiles in Cuba. We are still punishing a tiny island nation for it 70 years later.

We literally claimed a sphere of influence in the entire westerners hemisphere with the Monroe doctrine, but Russia can’t object to having an organization created specifically to fight Russia on its border? Are you mad?

:salute: @ John Mearsheimer

Why John Mearsheimer Blames the U.S. for the Crisis in Ukraine | The New Yorker

The Linked Article Above said:
. For years, Mearsheimer has argued that the U.S., in pushing to expand nato eastward and establishing friendly relations with Ukraine, has increased the likelihood of war between nuclear-armed powers and laid the groundwork for Vladimir Putin’s aggressive position toward Ukraine. Indeed, in 2014, after Russia annexed Crimea, Mearsheimer wrote that “the United States and its European allies share most of the responsibility for this crisis.”

That's literally what we've been talking about since this sparked off.
The possibility of a very short WW3 due to America using NATO as proxy for expanding their influence.
