The Czar nuclear bomb was 50 megatons. Russia had an intercontinental ballistic missile called the RS-28 Sarmat (aka the Satan II) that is also 50 megatons.

So not only do they have a Czar, but they have one than can be fired across continents. And they have a nuclear torpedo fired via submarine called the Status-6 that is 100 megatons.
