Said the same thing. If they were halfway decent, they wouldn't have any of these problems. Honestly, they have no excuse having as much resource wealth as they do but, not being one of the wealthiest countries on a per capita basis, being in the EU and being the leading power in Europe/the EU. They have no excuse. It's just a backwards country.

Russia can't even prevent its actual territory from wanting to break away.

Like, theres a real risk Siberia and eastern Russia becomes its own countries.

Russia is trying to pump fake US into taking action, because it is threatening to attack weapons. Just its the same shyt, the US is not getting involved, and this is why Russia is trying so hard for US intervention; its focusing the narrative away from Ukraine, and instead on NATO/United States.
