Is Russia even planning to help w/ infrastructure and rebuilding if they "win"? How do they expect to even keep control in the long term? There's zero foresight in all of this.

Russia barely has money enough for its own infrastructure let alone rebuilding Ukraine.

Like some 18th century czar, Putin been saving up for this war and cut all the programs at home.
