Just as a comparison, the entire Israel-Palestine conflict, which has been in the news recently, has killed less than 50K in over 100 years.

Russia is a truly fukked up country; not just to it's neighbors, but to it's own population.

I recently heard that Russia's got like a million wounded and 300,000 dead from this war already.

fukking wow. Putin is throwing away at least a generation of young men as well as whoever is well enough to join a meat brigade. They can't steal enough Ukrainian kids to make up for that. Russia's population problem is gonna become real stark sooner than later.
