This article from CNN shows why we’ve seen so many attacks from Ukraine inside Russia. Their counteroffensive is losing momentum and they have to use more psychological tactics (just like Russia is doing). I predict this will end in a ceasefire, with Russia keeping its new territory unfortunately

I doubt it. The fighting will stop.

Russia is going to continue to bleed resources with its severed relationship with the West. Everytime we’ve done one of these split the baby things, it just leads to an impoverished side. I don’t think Russia can afford to slip back into early 90s era instability.
