Their entire strategy is Ukraine can't sustain loss of manpower as much as they can so they feel if 200,000 of their troops are KIA its worth it cause they can inflict 100,000 on Ukrainians and just come back with another 200,000 men.
I don't think they understand that Ukraine has a blank checkbook from uncle sam and modern warfare doesn't work like that its some shyt straight out of the WWII playbook

I have to disagree. I think the West will bankroll the war until Russia's back breaks.
Keep in mind, the leaders of NATO and the US have intel that is not made public. They have a pretty good idea of the state of the Russian military and Russia internally. The wolves are circling in Moscow; and as long as the Ukrainians continue to inflict catastrophic losses on the Russians, we will give them the tools to do so. The result is the continued destabilisation and turmoil in Moscow. Money well spent.
