Cluster bombs and anti-personnel mines are fukking evil and I despise any military that uses them.
There are 110 countries that have signed the convention against cluster munitions and 164 that have signed the anti-personnel land mines convention. And yet for some fukking reason the three biggest superpowers in the world, who have every other advantage, won't give up that one.
