You might be right but 25k, if that is what Wagner have actually on the field after Bakhmut, might not be enough for whatever the fukk Wagner have planned. Hard to know what either side is or can mobilise right now.

All in all this is good news for Ukraine - unless Wagner actually take over.
its still great for wagner if they take over...

they don't want an unwinnable war either

Unless Prigo has a lot of support inside the military, I don't see how he gonna succeed. Wagner itself can't take over Moscow. Also, there is no assurance that the entire Wagner will follow him in such a risky operation.

The only question that matters is whether this will cause enough confusion for the russian lines to crumble and the Ukrainians to substantially advance.

Really depends on a lot of unknowns - hoe many troops do Wagner have right now, how many troops and of what quality Russia can put out asap if Wagner is really going after Moscow and how local Russian forces react and if they have the stomach to fight.

Keep in mind Ukraine can push as well to take advantage of the situation.

Nah. We might see more mobilisation and greater escalation. Prigozhin is a nationalist and might be less practical than Putin.

lol... you drank the coolaid too huh?

Putin is losing power because the war has devastated their military capability and economy.....

so you think the person who takes power will continue in the same path that led to the last leader losing power...

bro, you don't really keep up with geopolitics huh?

Yes, he will. He has repeatedly said he wants to fight this war in a more complete way, that's his appeal. The idea that he is going to sit back and accept concessions if he takes over is bizarre - dude is a warmonger in the most literal sense, he is a fukking PMC leader ffs.
