GRAHAM on the Michael Cohen sentencing: “Any time a former lawyer of yours goes to jail it’s probably not a good day, but I have yet to see any evidence coming from Mister Cohen of collusion...”

Warner wants Michael Cohen to come to Senate Intel before he reports to jail in March. Burr just told me: “He’s had an invitation” to talk to the committee. Asked if he would issue a subpoena, Burr said: “We’ll chat.”

Preach. Easy platform to run on too. Hey, we getting locked up for weed and somebody actually endangering the country got a couple years in club fed (and got out early for good behavior).Snitches are always going to get a significant reduction. That's why so many of the younger and current generation are getting wrapped up while moving around these streets and they're looking for a plea/cooperation agreement before they're arraigned.
My biggest issue with this sentence and others is that they all will directly relate to what Trump and family receive. The lighter the sentence of the flunkies, the lighter their sentences will be. Just like you said, our people never get the benefit of the doubt, even when snitching, so our sentencing is often always on the higher end of the scale.
A smart Democrat will run on voter suppression and fraud as well as rich white men not being held in the same regard as everyone else.
c00n Clarke!!
They put an ankle monitoring device on him? We don’t want him defecting :Russianbreh:cohen is free to turn himself in by march 6th.
@NatashaBertrand
The harsh SDNY memo surprised Cohen’s legal team, per Lanny Davis, who were already annoyed that SDNY hadn't given Cohen the opportunity to cooperate before charging him. But he was still given the chance to tell prosecutors everything, and he chose not to.https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2018/12/michael-cohen-sentenced-trump-payments-and-lies/577972/ …

He snitched plus the charges were built around illegal payments. They didn't literally charge him with treason. All considered he actually got a pretty decent amout of time, although he'll likely be out in 8 months.
You guys know snitches get handled differently at sentencing.....
But trust the information he has given and will continue to give will be used against Individual-1
