Not just me. I would 99% of heterosexual men care. And why do you think that is? Are we all just insecure? Or is it hardwired in our biology because it helped us survive?
The reason men care so much about how many other dikks a woman has taken is because it's hardwired into us to care. It was a way for us to separate women who would be loyal from women who won't. Our DNA wants to be passed on. It doesn't want us to get with a woman who will cheat on us the first chance she gets and put us in a situation to be raising another man's seed. It's simple biology. The more dikks a woman has taken the more likely it is you ain't her first choice and if you ain't her first choice the more likely she is to cheat.
It's simply our DNA's way of making sure it gets passed on. Women don't have the same interest in a man's sexual history because the baby comes outta their body. They know with 100% certainty that the kid shares DNA with them. They might not know who the father is, but they damn sure know they are the mother.
