Russell is not washed athletically at all. The fascinating thing is it seems all his basketball skills have eroded. He still has his speed and quickness but he just can’t shoot all and plays like he’s mentally challenged

He's coming off a quad injury but he's forcing playing right now. We are better with Raul neto for the moment. Russ needs to rest up

yes x no ..the speed is there but the bounce isnt what it was which is expected :francis:

he still has hops ..but its on his timing ,and when he wants 2 ..

u kan tell the fact he has 2 think about when I and how he uses it , is effectin his overrall game.and he ends up over thinkin or bein in 2 minds on plays , which in turn lead to a alot of bad shots
or bad turn overs and bad passes :yeshrug:

the sad part is i also think he has heard alot of feedback , and while he acts like he dont hear it and for most part he probably blocks it out and drives his passion ..blood klearly is in his head Alot when on the court :jbhmm:

alot of the shxt he used to do was instinct ..now russ is second guessin his bball IQ ..plus trustin his body .or playin it safe ..playin for stats , playin the right system.ball

he just needs 2 play :yeshrug:

quads aint no joke:manny: and its probz a underrated injury if its reoccuring all the time ...

but i believe scott brooks has to be the sabo whisperer ..this is his role to grt west rook right mentally nget him trust himself and his abilities

and fo fks sake get in the gym this off szn and shoot some J's my own 10 yr old son is disappinted him and thats his fav pkayer ..or was :why:thats his face when watcbin these games n tryin 2 defend this man

:what:dad does he shoot in the off szn ..how kan he get worse every year ..his mid range pull up used 2 be $$$:snoop:

im outta excuses:sas2:

not everyone that is signed to nike in their respective sport.
are really skilled in their respective sport like andre Agassi to mj.
When comes to come backs from injuries and re-invention.
to fluid amalgamation under long and short term self inflicted.
to and/ or innocent not guilty party collateral damage based physical or mental duress.

I don’t think people realize he’s been in the league for 13 years. The fall off is bad no doubt, but for a player who’s game was heavily predicated on Athleticism ...I’m not shocked at all.

What's crazy is that Westbrook totally ignored the lessons of past NBA Greats who knew to adapt their game to the rigors of aging.

On the flip side, he's had a long successful career and he's incredibly rich.

He's had multiple knee cleaning and prp every summer. it's more on health for him then being athletically washed. If he was healthy he'd be a top 10 player right now. His skills have eroded due to him never being healthy over the past 4 years basically. Now he has a quad injury he honestly should just sit. He doesn't get as high on his jumpers due to his knees either.

Westbrook for all his fault last has always and will always be the better player of the two.
Washingtonians have the same love affair with Wall they had with Gil:stopitslime:

naw man. Gil was legit. lol

Wall, yeah most people here liked him. I just didnt think he should be the face of the franchise. He isnt a superstar or lead player on any team.

He's forgetting people key in on Beal because he's the only real threat.
I swear y’all don’t watch the games. Idk what’s going on he missing point blank layups and wide open mid/3’s in the 4th. As bad as Russ playing in the first 3 quarters shooting wise Beal is shooting like that but worst in the 4th.

Btw. It’s not cuz he tired or the attention

lol Wall was better than Gilbert. Played more seasons, more All Star games, more playoff appearances, more playoff wins, better teammate and better leader...

Russ ain't as bad as he has looked thus far but the end is coming for him sooner than later. He can't be the high usage player he once was if he the team he is on wants to be any good.

Still doesn't negate the fact that dude's true shooting percentage is 44. You're acting like he doesn't deserve criticism.
