Exactly. Russ making dumb decisions isn't anything knew.

Even I knew he was going to do something dumb when he dribbled up the court.

But Why did the coach sub him in? why did Lebron defer and hide at critical moment and "leave it to Russ"? These are the questions that should be asked. But it's easier to blame Russ.
