I figured :martin: Killer Mike is my guy, but there's several other notable producers he could have linked with to make 3 consecutive albums. Station Selektah and Nottz are the first two I can think of. El-P beats as of late honestly just sound bad straight up.

Im liking this one the most out of all 3 (not counting meow the jewels :why:)

The beats are on point and killer mike has some of the best verses of the year on here.

Album is fire. I honestly think it's their best one. played it twice all the through today.

For everyone in here calling it "cac music" lol you guys are idiots. Whatever music you guys actually like, white people listen to the shyt too. You guys must not get out much. Go to any rap concert & there will be white people there. Why do yall care what they listen to is my question?

I've listened to everything they've put out, there's songs here and there that are cool...can't say that I'm really in love with much of it...I heard bits and pieces of el p's shyt as it dropped in real time, was not a fan...will absolutely not be doubling back to listen now lol

And yeah I was compelled to turn it off at danny brown's part because he's wack as fukk my g...like aggressively, abrasively fukking wack...his voice literally irritates the hell out of me... and yet he's another one of these acts that the blogs and writers that fell in love with rtj laud as superdope... it's run the jewels fault because they put him on their fukking album :pachaha: .... they thought, "hmmm you know what would make this project dope and something our fans will absolutely love ... 2 features from Danny fukking brown :krs:" ...it's just overall indicative of the stuff I don't like about run the jewels getting worse...beats are getting wacker, cornball features are increasing, and it's become clearer it's likely I'll never hear a non rtj killer Mike project ever again

It's not free music that makes angry, it's that I KNOW for 100% fact that mike could be making music that would be my favorite shyt out right now...get him off them wack ass beats and away from el p verses and features from wack ass muhfukkas like danny brown and he drops shyt that I can actually vibe to and keep in rotation in for months like this

(A tip in his current mindset joint project with Mike would be incredible right now...but I digress)

But like I said, I've given up... lost one of my favorite rappers to el p fans, pitchfork writers, the Coachella crowd, and the cast of fukking portlandia ...it is what it is

Fair enough my dude

I hated el's beats when they first came out too lol way too jarring and abrasive

And trust pitchfork and hipsters make me almost hate the shyt they praise IMO they should not even be reviewing hip hop OR we shouldn't take em seriously (I doubt that anyone here does)

I just feel they bring the best out in each other. They have a vibe that isn't just sending each other verses through email attachments and that charisma is rare

Like I said tho it's your opinion but they songs go so hard it's ridiculous

Oh yeah I used to hate Danny browns voice too, but won me over on high (I think that's the name) on the madlib Freddy Gibbs joint

All just different styles. It's why rap is GOAT
