Blair was kinda expected, let him heal and come back when we need him most.
Same with Deebo, I don't expect him to play week 1.
Kinlaw didn't look all that well in practice, so keeping Street and Givens is a big deal.
Dee Fords restructure is definitely makinh room for Trents contract first and foremost.

Definitely 4 TEs, but as long as Reed is healthy I think Kyle uses him more like a slot WR and not an inline TE
