If I’m Riley I go test Philly's willingness to move Embiid. He’s silent but I’d think he wants out.
Also, I’d bet that the Clippers are looking to dump both Kawhi Leonard AND Paul George. Think about it ain’t no way they are winning this year and they gave up a lot to get them. Might as well cut their losses and get something for them while they can since there are only 2 years (1 player option) left on their deals. So get draft picks and start the rebuild because they already don’t have picks ( no 1st rounders in next 3 drafts and just 1 2nd rounders) might as well get some while you can before they leave in Free Agency
Atlanta may be open to trade Dejounte Murray but after all the picks they gave up to get him the will want way more for him then we’re willing to give up for him. So forget about this one.
We CANNOT keep both Max Struss and Gabe Vincent and chances are we may lose both in free agency. I say look for contending teams looking for shooters and either trade Robinson or do a sign and trade with Struss for a player or trade exemptions.
Forget about the Kyrie Irving pipe dream that's been rumored. Dallas hates us and wont do a sign-and-trade and doing so would fukk up our cap situation per the new CBA so forget it
My bet is on a deal with or involving the Clippers in a 3-way trade. I'm willing to bet that if we shake that tree, something will fall if you pay attention to their overall situation in terms of what that team was built for (chip) wwhich they wont get and their cap situation seen here and their future draft pick situation which looks like a mess. They literally mortgaged their future for those 2 stars who arent gonna get them the championship due to injuries and other factors

2029 - Keep
2d Rounders
2023 - Keep #48
2024 - Owned by LAL; More favorable of (i) IND and (ii) less favorable of UTH and CLE (via UTH swap for CLE; via MIL to MEM; via MEM to LAC); TOR (via MEM)
2025 - Owned by LAL
2026 - Pick swap Less favorable of (i) LAC and (ii) most favorable of IND, MIA and BOS then other to MEM (via MIA to IND; via MIL to MEM; via MEM swap of IND or MIA for BOS; via MEM swap of IND, MIA or BOS for LAC)

And I think that’s what has many Heat fans upset. Nobody ever seems to move the needle. Either swing for a big fish like Giannis, KD, or Dame or just get an undrafted guy or a guy way past his prime. There seems to be no in between.
So while we keep holding out for that big fish, we waste another year of Jimmys prime. And the attitude of the front office just seems to be “meh I guess” when viewing other players.
Tyler hasn't even sniffed 45% shooting in his career. He looks good compared to our roster because no one creates like he does outside of Jimmy consistently.
Herro is a slightly better version of Jordan Poole, and you wouldn't be caught dead saying Poole is anywhere near Beal as a player.
Best time to start fresh. Again look at their future picks. They have none and the Kawhi/Paul core will NOT get you a championship or some would even say into the WCF anymore.
You let those 2 contracts run out before you move them and get no rings nor something in return… they’ll likely suck for half decade + before they even make the playoffs again
