3rd party devs don't even have beta devkits? Really MS??? :dead:

Some don't have em at all yet.... :dwillhuh:

Since the hardware specs are set, they gonna have to put on a marketing show with the games then.

you realize 360 beta kits weren't sent off until after the may unveil right? finals after e3.

As long as they have their first/2nd party offerings ready they don't need 3rd party games to be ready until e3.

He has to be a good soldier and pretend like he's getting it for MS while the war is starting up. Don't worry though. He'll be on the field with the rest of us. Chewy has already converted. :mjpls2:

man fukk y'all :deadrose:

That's ugly! That means its gonna be different. They might be adding Ram. Then what?
I think they might be adding games to the announcement now. We might even see a very promising exclusive. I know its hard to believe, but I think that Sony meeting woke them up.

As far as system loyalty I have none so its not a box vs ps question....but what im saying is you can do all of that right now on the ps3 by just getting the demo. How is this share button that big of a deal? Mabe im not understanding what it really does then....if so my fault

I'm not talking about downloading a demo, and playing a section of a game. The tech used with the new Sony network for PS4 allows cloud gaming, online and multiplayer. It doesn't need a download and it allows full games with all content, and the word SHARE will be the element. Maybe when I say Share the only thing you think about is the SHARE of a image or video, but dear watson that is only the straw in the haystack of computer 0's. Share your experience is the word that comes to enlightment. Share your dreams, Share your world. and let the world see it remotely from any device. :ohlawd:

Chewy has already converted.
:whoa:

Until the 360's successor has an announcement, I'm still technically on the fence.

I'm leaning PS4 because all we have heard is improvement after improvement, and nothing but negative press when it comes to the next Xbox, but that's a whole lotta time between now and then.

I certainly haven't converted, I'm just going off what we know now.

I'm not gonna bust out the pom poms like Rekka anytime soon...that's for damn sure.

Well first off Microsoft has their own cloud and sharing solutions. Second off Sony hasn't detailed exactly how the share button will work, so your dream scenario may not even be a reality. And lastly Sony hasn't confirmed that any of these features will be ready on day one.

:duck:

Did you not pay attention during the reveal and reiterated this week at GDC? :wtf:

"Further explanation of the PS4 pad’s Share button confirmed that the last few minutes of play are captured on the separate chip inside the console, and therefore won’t impact on any game’s technical performance.

One press of the new Share button opens up the share screen no matter where the player might be in-game, and a longer button press will take a screenshot, again without interfering with the game’s technical performance. Players can then add in a title for the video or image and share it on social networks, with other players’ comments added in realtime. “We hope it ushers in this new era of anyone being able to share video,” said Norton. “Now it’s easy and built into the system.”
