Overall, MP was popular but people wasn't really buying gears for the multiplayer. It was just dope experience to be a part of around that time.

Almost 1 million views on Gears 3, this was in 2011.
Around the same time, the juggernaut Halo was still huge at that time.
It's crazy to say Gears wasn't really known for it's MP. Like, everybody in my friends list back then on the 360 was rocking Gears.
