If you want to normalize mental ailments, then you must accept teams will treat it the same as they do any other injury. But if you can just pull out of any game at any time because of your anxiety, that’s not good for their product, that’s not good for your team, and you should probably put more focus and effort into treating that instead of fighting against the machine that is the NBA.
