Usually if you call off from work 2 days in a row you will need a doctors note to come back to work if you take a 3rd day off.

If you have sick days you can use those. Some jobs even let you use your vacation days or personal days.

If you have any job worth a dam they aren’t going to fire you if you have a doctor backing you about your illness. You might not get paid for days missed but you will not get fired. Now elevate the job me or you may have to the NBA level, I think they could handle it better.

You could be right breh. I'm not versed enough on mental health to act as if I'm an expert on this. I just know about being resilient and overcoming anxiety to accomplish a task.

Sorry, but the NBA doesnt owe him shyt. I have anxiety myself as does my sister who takes pills for the shyt. I get that. But if you can just pull out of any game at any time because of your anxiety, that’s not good for their product, that’s not good for your team, and you should probably put more focus and effort into treating that instead of fighting against the machine that is the NBA.

Once again, I feel what he’s fighting for, but they gotta protect their interests as well.

I have cleithrophobia and i have to fly semi regularly for work, but i still do it. i used to take a few drinks before flying and go to sleep before departing. Now i am a lot better but i still have some issues with flying. . That still is not going to prevent me from going because i need to work and make money for myself and family. You have to know that you will be flying all of the time during the season to play ball, so he had a few years in high school + college to get some help.
