This is the answer. North Bronx never produced much because the black areas north of Gun Hill Rd are Jamaican. It's no coincidence that Brooklyns historically AA area of Bed Stuy produced way more rappers than a Carribean area like Flatbush.

Breh you can’t throw that out there and not go into detail. When you say back and forth, what do you mean exactly? Im assuming you mean before high school. Everything he’s ever said has proved otherwise and as far I know, from what he’s said, he moved to Queens as a child permanently cause his mother was shot by his father. Not that I necessarily don’t believe you, but it doesn’t make sense with his life timeline so I’m genuinely curious about “insider” stories.

Not really an “insider” story. nikkas just say he spent more time in LI than he leads on. From what I understand he was more back n forth before he permanently stayed with his grandparents. Remember. LL was also getting abused by his step father when his moms moved on from his pops. His timeline he gives doesnt make much sense if u think he just went to Queens with his grandparents and that was the end of it.
