i can see where your coming from but we do not have laws that say you should not dress a certain way in certain places for a reason. Sure common sense is involved but the criminal made up there mind to commit that act.

True, the criminal is a criminal now matter what inspired the crime.. but the judicial system is too slow to be body guard for illicit scenarios.

I'm not a law major so maybe someone can break down what separates the degrees of rape.. there should be a separation between opportunist and true predators.

i wouldnt say it warranted, but african cultures made two fundamental mistakes 1) they had a culture that was conducive to slavery and there was already a slave trade in africa before the euroepan and so they ended up participating in the slave trade 2) they fell behind europeans in terms of science and technology
