I didn't name any of those because I don't remember them joints being hotter, as in everybody outside of the internet listening to it
I could've put up loads of Rick Ross album cuts & supportings singles too
but, I didn't. I only picked the smash joints that was burning up the streets & radio. You nikkas making something out of nothing.
I'm making something out of what you posted. You didn't remember those joints being hotter, as in outside the internet (which is really fukking hilarious when I've got some Reasonable Doubt tracks listed there), yet you remember Maybach Music 1 & 3 and both Mafia Musics being hotter. Yet those tracks I posted actually charted....whereas the Ross ones I mentioned didn't chart. Pretty much all of those tracks you don't remember being hotter charted higher than Maybach Music 2 and some even charted higher than Hustlin. Yeah, you could have put up loads of Ross album cuts and supporting singles (which you already kinda did) and I'd tell you which ones didn't chart and then point out that I've got certified hip hop classics that I've already named for Jay that did chart. Then I'd post this smilie
...maybe this one too
But to the crux of the matter, your argument sucks mainly because, yeah it's subjective, but most Jay fans will straight up tell you those Vol. albums had weaknesses and can point them out. Ross' catalogue has been called entirely classic in this very thread and others
. When people try to have debates about Ross' music with Ross stans they're called nerds, outsiders etc. and said Ross stans continue about their day posting
post after post. You say Jay has a couple classics and albums that are
, yet when tons of people say Ross says nothing in his rhymes, is making the same songs over and over again, and is carried by beats that are becoming repetitive y'all don't want to hear it. When Ross stans bring up his popularity to try and say he's a legend and sane individuals put up actual numbers that show Ross has never even come close to seeing J. Cole sales wise it stops being about popularity and becomes about the music which you refuse to debate about. So what discussion were you expecting exactly?
And I'll save you the time and post your response to this for you:
