We should be hoping Goff works out. There's no bigger dice roll than drafting a QB, which affects the team for like five years one way or the other. If he looks like the guy this season, they'll be in position to contend in 2022.
Ah I see what you saying. I'm not a fan of Goff either. I like Fields but taking a QB with Goff's contract on the roster makes no sense. I'd rather let him do his thing this year. More than likely we're going to suck and get another high pick next year, where we can get our guy. Goff is a bridge, not a long term player.Oh we don't? .
Me personally im on board with the management/cant even disagree with bringing in pieces first. Im just not a fan of Goeff/am a fan of the prospect of Fields. If it all works out as is then fine, im good either way.
This guy had six sacks across three college seasons.
I dunno but he's viewed as a project. I woulda taken Terrace Marshall with the second rounder but I know I'm in the minority. How is he against the run? The last time we were good our run defense was best in the league.

Flowers has never been that good, just solid. Wildly overpaid for him. Okwara is the only guy who's shown ability to rush the passer and that's only been for one season so far. Hopefully it wasn't a fluke.I dunno. I like the direction we're going. If things work out with one of the day 2 picks and brockers the line would be the clear strength of the unit. This is all assuming Okwara and Flowers don't regress.
Bruh after all these years we been in here bytching and complaining about stafford and you talking bout let’s hope for Goff who ain’t even as good as stafford. We should be hoping Goff works out.
