i think you misunderstood what I was trying to say. With Goff on the roster there’s no room for Watson financially. And I’m assuming releasing Goff doesn’t clear enough space either cuz watsons contract should be larger than Goffs.
They can make financial space.
Honestly, is there any other qb on the planet that can do what Lamar Jackson does if the offense was created specifically to his strengths until his weakness are ironed out?
the only qb in this draft I see that can think about replicating that offense is the ole miss qb but he doesn’t look nearly as athletic as Lamar.
we have 2 very good rb’s that would do amazing in that system, a te that would thrive, the o line would work. You don’t need big play receivers in the system.
is the ravens offense a 1 of 1, none before it and none to come? Or should more teams try to use the most athletic qb’s they can find and cater to his needs?

Problem is that Goff has no receivers. Yes he's trash but I'm not sure anyone would look decent in this situation. Gotta draft a WR next year and bring one in via FA because this is bad. I'm not mad of course, we knew this would be the case. But man if I'm Goff I'm not happy.
