And I’m not even sure what point you’re trying to make about immigration and wages. Disenfranchised people keep wages low - immigrants with no voting rights or legal entitlements can be exploited. Mass poverty of citizens can also be exploited. Look at how retail and fast food raised wages when people refused to go back to work, now increase the poverty and working class by 1/3 where more people needs jobs and see what happens to those wages, they don’t go up because there is a bigger pool of people to exploit.

lastly, time and time again in this thread and others, the case for increasing raw numbers of the black population not equaling more power, political sway or better conditions has been proven. But please feel free to live in your fantasy land where one, poor people vote as much or more than the wealthy, and two, where the poor wield power

Tell me how a lawyer would argue that a party has been harmed by it to the point it should be called unconstitutional or that government should be allowed to discriminate on the basis of race and sex or allow race and sex discrimination within their borders.
