...When I'm talking about best cities for us, the things that keep Baltimore off are the poor public schools, high violent crime, high black poverty. Those are huge factors to me...

Was pleasantly surprised when I visited Knoxville. Cool and laid back. Loved how green it was and the Mountain Views coming from somewhere flat like Michigan. Currently plotting on moving to SoCal soon.
Would love to live in Chicago but over the winters. Was interested in checking out Phoenix to see what the vibes are like.
Ultimately trying to go somewhere winter isn’t a factor and plenty to do year round.

Looking forward to visiting Phoenix next month. Haven't been in three years but had a blast the last time I was there 
Baltimore does have some poor public schools. That said, it’s a place where black people, who are the majority, have a lot of opportunity. Some things aren’t reflected in statistics and certainly not in mainstream are hard to understand when you sing live in a chocolate city.
