NEVER underestimate what could happen in ANY Saints game, breh. EVER.

Fans did not think that the Saints would choke a 9-4 record and the inside track at the division title and 2nd seed by losing to THREE LAST-PLACE TEAMS and missing the playoffs.

Fans did not think that Carney would miss the extra point after the River City Relay.

Fans did not think that Alex Smith would all of a sudden turn into Joe Montana in the 4th Quarter after looking like Blake Bortles all game.

Fans did not think that the "Minneapolis Miracle" would occur.



That is why fans should have a mindset and let things play out instead of being like and when things are good, because in the end, it will usually backfire, and you'll end up looking like and .

The Saints 2002 season taught me a harsh lesson about gettahead of myself , and I have learned from it ever since.

Look at the Funboys fans for reference whenever they experience a sliver of success and it ALWAYS blow up in their faces and they get cooked for it.

Breh what good is great seasons if we can't have fun with them? Every fanbase gotta have that cocky fan who wants all the smoke. I'll happily be that. You can be the timid one. Whether I was bashful this season or whether I was what I was, we still were going to get screwed by the refs. And these same lame ass Panthers and Falcons fans would still be on here coming at our necks cuz they teams ain't shyt. So I enjoy talking shyt when our boys doing they thing cuz it won't last forever

No regrets. Even if we were robbed of our moment yesterday and may never get this close with Drew again, I had fun with us running shyt all season. And we would have ran shyt even more if the NFL's referees were worth a shyt.
