Crazy Joe is a NJ legend, had a chance to work with him years back when he used to run the Juvi Hall. May the brother rest in peace. Dude was unconventional but he was really sharp and he cared about the young brothers and sisters.

Sadly, it’d be impossible to do this these days. If a principal went into a troubled inner-city high school these days, with this approach, and carrying baseball bats, it’d only be a day or two before either a student or a student’s parent uncle big brother or hood OG, pulled up on him and shot him dead.
