80's Babies, we lost another one. Damn. Also I'm not buying reports, Prince just won his music back after a bitter twenty plus year battle. I never brought Michael's death either and them selling his beatles catalog proves my worst fears. Michael would of NEVER sold that catalog. I'm not saying I know who did it but I'm not buying the official story, sorry. I'm happy I Lived the Prince Era, he was a one of kind talent and artist. It's so weird that Michael, Whitney and Prince are now all gone.

Crazy. He's with Vanity now. But this geniually hurts because his music was like the soundtrack of me growing up espeically when him doing the entire "Batman 89" soundtrack. Also Prince had an amazing work ethetic. He damn near released an album every year since 78'. I'm not going to get into so called "New Fans" jumping on the bandwagon but the reality is if you really grew up on Prince there's no way you aren't in pain, he's too iconic and just defined the 80's so much.

I agree but i gotta The story about Bob marley sounds kind of plausible. I mean why would a random white guy give him a boot lol and who the fukk gets toe cancer now that i think about it.
the Marley conspiracy is probably the most sensible theory of all time

The dots just connect very well, he already had an attempt on his life prior to the boot

And the CIA used those undetected needle techniques to target people.

A sonic chameleon , he distinctively evolved his sound every year from 1981 to 1990.

That's really really fukking hard to do in any medium of entertainment... especially pop music.

Anyone here from Minneapolis? How are they celebrating him out there

It's been crazy. On Thursday night, the streets were packed with thousands of people for an impromptu block party for Prince. First Avenue stayed open all night for people to celebrate his life (normally closes at 2:00 a.m.). People waited outside all night trying to get in. They stayed open all night last night too and they're doing it again tonight. Radio stations playing his music non-stop. Bridges and buildings all over the city have been lit up purple.

I have never seen such widespread mourning for someone like this before. Literally every single tweet, Facebook post and Instagram post on my timelines on Thursday were about Prince. Cities from around the world lighting up their buildings purple. Crazy how a single person can have that much of an impact on the entire world.
