I called myself rapping man. You know you listen to Nas Jay Pun Big the usual suspects. but my favorite guy was Lupe.

but my friend had all DOOM albums and I ripped them to my dell. But I never got around to listening to him.

Then I met this chick freshman year in college and her favorite rappers were Jay Electronica and MF DOOM!!!! Lol.

We listened to him day and night. And he literally changed my perception of rhyme schemes, patterns, and lyricism.

he really is one of the greatest artists and characters in HIP HOP!!!

I remember being like my first couple of listens to Madvillainy, then it became Now one of my all time favorite albums.

So many memorable rythmes, incredible flow and a fantastic ability to completely inhabit whatever wild character he was portraying. One of the greatest for sure.
