Had a 30 year co worker who died from drinking too many monsters. Heart attack. Haven’t had one since I found out how he died.

Yeah, you really aren't meant to be drinking an entire can of that stuff. But who the hell in America actually goes off of the portions on the label? I probably have one once or twice in a year but they irresponsibly sold/packaged, imo. Not speaking on what could have happened to KS, just in general with energy drinks.

Always atleast 1-2 a shift and regular sized cans. He probably drank 8-10 of those at work a week, I’d assume he drank atleast 1 outside of work a day. He wasn’t really drinking them for energy, it seemed like his drink of choice.
