I met him about two years ago... or whenever that movie 21 bridges was coming out and he was in NY to do promo for it. I work for TSA at LGA and came through and I was making fun of all my female co workers because they were so in awe of his presence. I like oh look it’s mr Wakanda man. And he just smile at me and gave me dap. I said I liked him as James Brown and he just nodded and kept it moving. A co worker asked if he can go get a pic and a autograph. I let him go and he came back with a pic and a autograph. Chad was a good man. And like many of you said, it’s a testament to his bravery, strength and professionalism that he gave us not just movies, but EPICS that will echo for ages. He was about of 3 multi-billionaire movies. It’s just sad that he was barely married.

Just saw the video of him breaking down in an interview in 2018 while talking about a kid with cancer who wanted nothing more than to see the movie before they passed, and nobody knew he was going through the same thing, fukking heartbreaking
