I heard this from unverified sources before any verified ones so I hoped it wasn't true 
. I'd seen some recent pictures and he looked to be in rough shape and heard he was in terrible health. If that's the case, at least the man isn't suffering anymore. The wrestling world lost one of its greatest minds today though. RIP brain

Damn. I used to look forward to his appearances on Superstars and Wrestling Challenge as well as his commentary with Gorilla Monsoon on WWF Prime Time Wrestling back in the day(both of them have great chemistry(pause), imo) as well as his commentary on Nitro.

One thing I noticed rewatching 98 WCW this summer, was how much he put over Goldberg. He would joke around alot throughout the night, but when Goldberg came out Heenan was really into it and putting Goldberg over like an actual champion of fighting of the world. It really made Goldberg seem like a big deal and helped his presentation imo.
