AP ain't ordinary mane, plus this is the 2nd tear on the same knee for rg3. 6-8 months is too short

The word reconstructive means the knee is being re-done, which probably means he won't have that speed any more.

We had a guy who could be the goat NFL player and its now probably not going to happen.

He's may not be the fastest QB in the league anymore, but he'll have plenty of speed to make this happen if it was going to.

and the knee injury to Carson wasn't what did him in. It was his elbow that he refused to have surgery on that messed everything up.

I dont think you can compare this to AD or even welker.

RBs injuries should never be compared to QB injuries. RBs have far stronger lower body no homo. my man Frankie G had tons of knee issues and surgeries but his lower body frame is strong as fukk. RBs know how to fall to minimize impact. also rbs cant really be blindsided.

rg3 will be back next year but Id curb expectations. qb injuries are always magnified but theres a good reason for it.
if it was someone built like cam...then yea Id pay it no mind. RG3s lower body isnt very strong and he lands awkwardly when hes tackled...I see this as a lingering issue in the future.

Palmer came back from it but dude was never the same he regressed a ton,i think peope lforget dude was a beat and one of the best young qb's in the game till the injury

Hes not just the physical part which is big but the mental is even bigger its impossible to be the same player after an inury like this when you're a QB

but palmer was still good after the knee injury. the elbow/arm injury in 2008 is what made him a far worse qb

yeah, Carson still had a decent season after the knee but he hasn't been the same the last 3-4 years
thats the thing, knee injury didnt do much to him because he was a statue pocket passer. the torn ligaments in his arm basically took the only thing he had of note-great velocity- and he sucked ever since. he wasnt like peyton where he could get by with smarts even with a diminished velocity

Palmer had a pro bowl season the very next year. You forgot that he didnt get TOmmy John surgery and that is why he regressed.

LCL is way worse then the ACL

No way his back next season

PLUS it's tore for the 2nd time on his ACL others you named was 1st timers. Plus Caron was never the same

1. a LCL is not worse then a ACL
2. Just cause its his 2nd time don't mean shyt.like i already said Jamal Lewis tore his 3 times and was faster then ever and had a 2000 yard season
3. Carson was still a pro bowl qb after the knee injury. The elbow injury a few years later is why he fell off

I understand why you panicking breh but dude will be fine

Damn. So this was that demon Shanahan's plan. Ruin to true next gen player to get Cousins more snaps....:scusthov:

Naw breh, He just run studs into the ground to advance his career (Remember Terrell Davis... remember Shanahan making him go back in the game with a migraine during that Super Bowl :ohhh:)

I'm noticing a pattern here.

People just need to leave AD out of this discussion.

he is a physical BEAST at all levels who had never blown his knee out before. RG3 is a undersized QB who was only fast who blew out the same knee a couple years ago.

Coming back at "100%" just needs to be taken out of the question. because he will never be 100% of what he was again.
