As a breh with adult ADHD who has an ADHD child...drugs definitely help. It's just not the ONLY thing.

It's about 45%-ish of effective ADHD treatment. The rest is therapy and figuring out how to make ADHD's symptoms work in your favor.

I don't support demonizing all medication because anti-vax, anti-Big Pharma people said so.
