He proposed a wellness rehabilitation “camp” set in rural areas for people who have trouble with certain prescription drugs. Literally says it would be optional and open to everyone. Whether it could work or not is another discussion. How this got turned into some ”discarded black kids,” and “slaves on a farm” narrative goes to show how easily folks buy into propaganda.
