Pretty much..and with MIA and NE in the next week..that's gonna be his real test..and if he fukks up those 2 games

I swear I can't believe some of u nikkas are REALLY saying you are willing to "sacafice" the season in order for Kaep to perfect his game for next season ....WHO SAYS THAT?!?

Alex Smith is really going to go toe to toe with Brady, hmm? He looked so great against Seattle at home too...just imagine how he'll look on the road.

We're not sacrificing anything. Last time I checked we beat the fukking Bears and the Saints. We lost to a team who plays us tough. The sky is not falling. Kaep had an "awful" game and still had close to 300 all purpose yards and no picks with a dropped pass that would have been a TD. The bar for QBing got so high ever since Kaep took the reigns. Why wasn't it this high when Alex was throwing checkdowns on 3rd and long with the game on the line in Minnesota? 4 good games, 4 bad games for Alex...we're hardly sacrificing anything.

But that pick in the end zone, as bad as it was, didn't costs the game, they got the ball on the 20 and nothing came of it.

the fact that any score in the endzone would put us up 2 possessions up and effectively win the game.
instead alex did what we hate to see slingers do-throw a pick in the endzone

kaeps toss wasnt good but he shares that blame with roman (I have no words as to how stupid a playcall was in a conservative game) and ginn. shyt like this happens. another question is why shyt like this always happens on our trick plays (ie kw fumble on a flea flicker last year)

the safety was bad, but again if you want to invoke hindsight it was very borderline, prolly shouldve been called that cuz the ball went past the marker barely

They just gave the fukk up on trying to do anything. Might as well just lied die on the field for 3 downs.

@lastemp you need to stop cheerleading for Alex to come back. If you're gonna put it on anyone put it on the coaches. Sure Kaep's fumble gave up the TD, but the coaches should've NEVER put him in that position to begin with. Why you calling a fly option on your own 17 yard line? That's just dumb. They should've tried a slant or hitch or something to get Akers closer because Janoris Jenkins played off Moss 15 yards every play.

The bad toss isn't all though, that just wasn't a good game from Kaep.

Him running out of bounds was more of what scares me, inexperience costing us.

Overall that was a bad performance, because without giving them 10 points, he still only lead the team to 13 points of our own.

It was a no hum performance without the mistakes it was horrendous when you add in the mistakes and mismanagement
