If Culliver keeps progressing I can see this happening too, he started this season off very well but he's been slumping as of late.

To me it's Terrell Brown. He's been getting targted a lot lately. If you look at the last game, every long completed pass play was against him. Amendola lit him up for that 80 yard pass in OT that got called back, too.

I think the Saints game was Brown's worst game of the year, for the most part he has been doing a good job.

Culliver has regressed in the last 3 games, I`m a big fan of his but he needs to step his game up.

Yeah, I`m just wondering what time today, sometimes these coaches have like weekly 2pm press conferences, thought maybe we`d get to know when we hear the official news.

The beat writers will probably know before the presser, but it probably won't be known to us until around 3-4 pm EST, I'm thinking.

Also, don't be surprised if Harbaugh makes Alex the starter. Nothing surprises me now, so I wouldn't be shocked if he said that.

why are you so sure its kaep ? we might be going back to alex actually

Just piecing the stuff together over the course of the last few weeks, it seems obvious to me now.

And I think Hunter going down will only help Kaep's chances. Kaep could account for more yardage and help make up for the lost dimension of Hunter.

We're gonna need be more dynamic at the QB position because the running game isn't gonna be as strong to lean on as it once was, add that in with the rest of the evidence and it`ll be Kaep named the starter today

My boy made a good joke, said Harbaugh is going to come to the podium with a helmet on and name himself the starter. It's gotten that crazy and I wouldn't be completely shocked.

James will get those outside runs, can he run inside though?

I think he goes back to Alex and lets him lose the job
