Yeah, but he is the leader of that offense.

Look at any pre-game, there is 2 guys who command the attention of that team, Davis and Willis.

I think he feels bad for Alex because they been through the ups and downs together.

True dat. I like how he and Gore have always had Smiths back. Much respect to those guys.

Locker Room Speech: 49ers at Saints

Check out at the end where Harbaugh is doing the "Whose Got it Better Than Us?" part, look at Smith on the right side.

Dude aint even into that shyt. Don't say nothing.

and you still feel sorry for him ? hes salty at a guy who salvaged his career and salty about his own team winning...sounds like a total douchebag thing to do

But no matter how well he's done the last year and a half he's constantly having to prove himself and the team is still playing great without him. Why wouldn't he be salty?

if you are salty about your own team winning and showcasing disgust when they score, you arent really a part of the team. yeah you can be salty about not starting, but keep that under wraps. alex acted like a 5-year old kid, not like a vet.

I think anyone who loses their job is salty, would you handle it better?

I don't think he's salty over the 49ers winning, he's been saying all the right stuff in the media, he's just salty he's not a part of it.

he stood on the sidelines pacing, the camera didn't have to keep going to him. And then afterwards he said he would like to be starting. Why wouldn't he say that? The team was winning with him though, not like he started shytting the bed and had to be replaced.

Where was he showcasing disgust when they score?

I mean he looked salty all game long, but that's because he wanted in.

Personally i`m shocked he was even that close to Harbaugh on that "Nobody" chant.

I think it's too easy for us to say that as fans of team and think that everyone should be a team player 100% of the time. No no one gave Derek Jeter too much flack for wanting essentially a max contract despite him being an aging (albeit still good) veteran. He wasn't thinking about his team, at that moment. Imagine you are been at your job for the past 8 years, you are not the best at it but you've stayed with the company despite all the internal bullshyt that has stunted your development. Over the past couple of years you've done a very good job in face you've quietly been ranked among the better performers in your company and some young prodigy comes in and takes your spot based a couple of homerun deals, he becomes the bosses golden boy and takes your spot. You wouldn't be just a little salty? :usure:

His case is almost like no other QB's ever, when has a QB been pulled when he was leading the league in completion percentage and been 3rd in Passer Rating.

its business. you can be salty but dont have to showcase it to the world

in business world, if someone takes your promotion spot, and youre sour-faced about it and clearly disappointed when the guy does well, you might get fired altogether.

a black qb would be crucified by now for doing the antics alex was doing yesterday on the sideline

the gif Im sure youve seen

again, if you just lost your job, why not be supportive of your teammate ? take the fukking helmet off, be a good teammate, show that youre a part of the fukking team, go over plays with kaep, shyt will get noticed. not stand there by yourself with helmet on waiting for a fukkup.

and being salty at harbs...he should be thankful he is even starting. alex owes all of his success pretty much to harbs. he has zero right to be mad at harbs unless he feels he betrayed him or some stupid shyt like that.

How is that GIF showing disgust, the dude putting his mouth piece down?

I agree with you on the fact the helmet stuff was too much, it just made him look sad. He should have had it off, but he's a competitor, he clearly wanted in that game and was showing it.

If anything the dude has been pretty good about this whole thing.
